📋 Description

• Provide clinical guidance, consultation, and debriefing to Crisis Specialists during active 988 contacts • Support responses across phone, chat, and text platforms • Partner with clinicians and supervisors on high-acuity and complex situations • Review and complete documentation to ensure quality, accuracy, and compliance • Contribute to onboarding, coaching, and skill-building for new team members • Assist with queue coverage to help reduce wait times when needed • Participate in trainings, meetings, and continuous quality improvement efforts • Provide real-time support through the 988 Suicide & Crisis Lifeline

🎯 Requirements

• A Bachelor’s degree in social sciences or a related field • Knowledge of the King County public mental health system (preferred) • Confidence working in a high-acuity, fast-moving environment • Strong communication skills and comfort navigating multiple technology platforms • A collaborative mindset and commitment to compassionate care • Agency Affiliated Counselor (AAC) credential required by the end of the probationary period • AAC credential applications must be submitted within 30 days of hire • Private, confidential workspace • High-speed internet (minimum 50 Mbps up and down) • Smartphone capable of multi-factor authentication • Candidates must reside in WA, AZ, OH, or TX
