📋 Description

• Ensure compliance with working drawings, specifications, processes, standards and best practices • Observe and document in-process and finished product at various stages of production to identify defects or issues • Conduct audits or inspections to identify non-conformance and report findings to supervisor • Calibrate and maintain test equipment • Address issues to ensure quality standards are upheld • Assist with training team members on quality processes • Recommend improvements to production process techniques to ensure high-quality output • Communicate with team members to solve problems • Focus on meeting or exceeding customer requirements and expectations • Perform other duties as assigned

🎯 Requirements

• Working knowledge of tools, methods, and concepts of quality assurance • Strong work ethic, excellent interpersonal skills, can do attitude, great attendance, and excellent quality & safety awareness • A bachelor’s degree in related field; equivalent experience may be acceptable in lieu of degree • Excellent data collection and analysis skills • Strong attention to detail, prioritization, and time management skills • Commitment to continual improvement, effective quality management systems and safe work practices • Understanding the production and work order process • Knowledge of company policies, procedures, and work instructions • Physical fitness and strength to regularly lift 30-50 lbs. • Regularly required to stand, bend, crouch and reach • Must be able to work outside normal business hours/days as needed • May require travel up to 20%
