📋 Description

• Develop, maintain, and update detailed project schedules for construction projects • Baseline project schedules • Collaborate with project teams, project managers, superintendents, contractors, and clients to gain status and align schedules • Track and input project progress • Generate scheduling and status reports • Support senior schedulers with schedule analysis • Document schedule changes, change orders, delays, and adjustments • Identify project schedule risks and mitigation measures • Conduct schedule reviews and project update meetings • Perform critical path analysis • Assist with resource allocation and schedule forecasting • Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards throughout the construction process

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in construction management, engineering, or a related field required • Proven experience as a construction scheduler or in a similar role within the construction industry • Strong knowledge of construction processes, project management principles, and scheduling techniques • Proficiency in scheduling software such as P6 or Primavera and Microsoft Office Suite • Excellent organizational and time management skills • Analytical and problem-solving skills, including anticipating and mitigating scheduling conflicts • Strong communication and interpersonal skills • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment • Knowledge of construction industry standards, terminology, and regulatory requirements • Ability to work in both office and construction site environments • Ability to work long hours, including evenings or weekends, if necessary
