📋 Description

• Follow safe work practices and company and client worksite safety policies and procedures • Develop and maintain project schedules using Primavera P6, including logic, sequencing, progress updates, and reporting • Prepare lookaheads, identify schedule risks, and recommend mitigation strategies • Assist in baseline development and change order/time impact review processes • Prepare internal and client-facing status reports communicating critical path, constraints, and variances • Align schedule updates, resource planning, and earned value reporting with project teams • Provide visual reporting through dashboards, charts, or analytics tools • Support risk identification sessions and maintain project-level risk registers • Coach junior project controls team members when needed • Identify schedule issues early and flag them for project leadership

🎯 Requirements

• High school diploma or GED required • BS or AA in Accounting, Finance, Business, Engineering, or related Professional Experience • Scheduling Certification is strongly preferred: Planning & Scheduling Professional (PSP) or Project Management Professional (PMP) • 5+ years of experience creating and maintaining project schedules using Primavera P6 • Experience updating schedules, analyzing critical paths, and communicating schedule impacts • Deep understanding of baseline management, schedule change management, and time impact analysis • Ability to manage multiple projects or phases in a fast-paced environment • Working knowledge of project controls concepts (progress measurement, reporting, EV basics) • Proficiency in MS Excel, reporting tools, and general Microsoft Office applications • Experience in commercial construction, industrial, or manufacturing environments preferred • Experience with Procore, Oracle platforms, or Agile Construction concepts is a plus, not a must-have • Ability and willingness to travel as required by E2 Optics and/or the project • Must regularly lift and/or move up to 40 pounds and frequently lift and/or move up to 25 pounds • Must regularly carry and climb ladders to 20 feet • Must be able to operate equipment such as scissor lifts, telehandlers, boom lifts, and UTVs if required • May be required to work in tight and confined spaces
