📋 Description

• Lead the end-to-end development, integration, and performance monitoring of complex project and program schedules • Organize, implement, and maintain an enterprise scheduling management system for assigned projects and program plans • Define detailed tasks, durations, logical relationships, dependencies, and critical path networks with stakeholders, contractors, and government program offices • Generate operational program schedules aligned with Motorola Solutions' Sales to Service delivery framework and project financial accounting standards • Collaborate with customers and subcontractors to manage execution toward milestones, critical path events, dependencies, and accomplishment criteria • Evaluate schedule progress, logic relationships, float, and performance to identify bottlenecks, risks, and critical path issues • Conduct monthly project schedule reviews and participate in monthly program reviews • Deliver schedule and network analysis feedback • Coordinate schedule control issues with the Lead/Principal Master Scheduler • Generate and translate weekly schedule performance reports and monthly cost performance reports for executive leadership • Perform schedule analysis for Contract Variance Reports, including Root Cause Analysis and Mitigation Forecasting

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of hands-on project scheduling experience spanning both construction and software development projects across the public and private sectors • Bachelor’s degree preferred (or equivalent practical experience in project controls, construction management, engineering, or related fields) • 5+ years of advanced experience with Microsoft Project • Proficiency with Planview Portfolios (Enterprise One), Primavera P6, and Smartsheet • Solid understanding of PASEG (NDIA Program Integrated Trip Guide), PMBOK (PMI), and related scheduling standards • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills • Proven track record of root cause analysis and schedule mitigation forecasting • Exceptional communication and stakeholder management abilities • Deep knowledge of WBS architecture, baseline control, float management, and critical path methodology (CPM) • Legal authorization to work in the U.S. indefinitely • Willingness/ability to travel under 10%
