📋 Description

• Develop and maintain detailed construction project schedules • Build and maintain schedules using Primavera P6, MS Project, or other scheduling tools • Coordinate with project teams, field staff, and subcontractors to gather input and validate scheduling assumptions • Monitor project activity, compare actual progress against the baseline schedule, and identify variances • Conduct regular updates, look-ahead reviews, and impact assessments • Recommend corrective actions for delays or risks • Analyze the critical path and float to assess the effect of changes and inform decision-making • Prepare schedule status reports, progress summaries, and documentation of schedule changes and delays • Confirm subcontractor timelines and deliverables align with the overall project schedule • Flag potential scheduling issues and collaborate on mitigation plans

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field preferred • Minimum of 4 years of experience in construction scheduling, ideally in large-scale or mission critical environments • Proficiency in scheduling software such as Primavera P6, MS Project, or similar tools • Strong understanding of construction phases, sequencing, and resource planning
