📋 Description

• Provide first level support to field staff, approved suppliers, and facility customers • Operate efficiently and effectively with a sense of urgency to carry out tasks, individually and in a team setting • Partner with clients to determine staffing requirements • Offer assignments at client facilities to qualified field staff or approved suppliers • Manage staffing activities between field staff or approved suppliers and clients using calls, email, staffing platforms, and other tools • Manage open orders and fill open shifts with qualified staff • Communicate updates in a timely manner to field staff, approved suppliers, and facility customers • Monitor discrepancies in staffing schedules and report patterns to managers and/or the local office • Develop and foster relationships between clients and field personnel • Resolve field staff and client concerns in a timely manner • Perform other duties as assigned by management

🎯 Requirements

• 1-2 years’ experience, preferably in the staffing industry • Proficient with Microsoft Outlook • Database and/or automated program experience a plus • Previous healthcare and/or call center experience preferred • High school diploma or any equivalent combination of education and experience sufficient to successfully perform the essential functions of the job • Must have the ability to perform the essential functions of the job with or without reasonable accommodation
