📋 Description

• Serve as a trusted partner to clients in the Salesforce practice • Independently lead discovery sessions, workshops, backlog grooming, sprint planning meetings, and stakeholder interviews • Gather, validate, and prioritize business requirements • Build and manage strong client relationships throughout the project lifecycle • Translate business needs into user stories, process flows, and functional specifications • Liaise between developers, Salesforce configurators, and non-technical stakeholders • Support requirements gathering, documentation, QA, and training activities • Analyze business processes and define actionable requirements from discovery through deployment • Maintain and prioritize the product backlog and define acceptance criteria • Support system integrations by identifying business needs and facilitating collaboration • Mentor and guide junior Business Analysts • Develop and deliver process documentation, training materials, and status reports • Evaluate and escalate project issues, risks, and conflicts • Use firm-approved AI tools to improve efficiency, quality, and innovation • Stay informed about emerging AI tools and identify compliant opportunities for client solutions and internal processes

🎯 Requirements

• 5–8 years of experience in a Salesforce consulting firm or professional services environment, supporting Salesforce implementation projects in a Business Analyst role • Ability to independently drive client-facing meetings with minimal oversight • Strong client management skills • Ability to liaise between developers and non-technical stakeholders • Solid understanding of the Salesforce platform, including core objects, the data model, Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and/or Experience Cloud • Critical thinking and ability to identify gaps, risks, and considerations • Experience facilitating requirements-gathering sessions and translating business needs into user stories, process flows, and functional documentation • Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies and project management practices • Strong organizational, verbal, presentation/facilitation, and written communication skills • Ability to responsibly explore and adopt firm-approved AI tools, including AWS-native tools such as Amazon Q • Openness to learning emerging technologies, including AI and automation • Willingness to travel for client and team engagements as needed • Bachelor's degree from an accredited university, or equivalent work experience • Experience in a consulting or professional services environment is required • Salesforce certifications are a plus but not required • Prior experience mentoring or leading junior team members is preferred
