📋 Description

• Serve as a trusted partner to clients in the Salesforce practice • Deliver tailored, integrated Salesforce solutions • Support discovery sessions and understand business goals • Refine and prioritize user stories and features with the Business Analyst or Product Owner • Analyze complex business processes and break them into actionable requirements • Serve as the primary subject matter expert for declarative capabilities, including advanced Flow • Champion scalable, maintainable solutions that reduce technical debt • Lead configuration efforts and promote best practices and naming conventions • Define interactions between declarative configurations and custom code with the development team • Mentor junior configurators, resolve blockers, and serve as a technical escalation point • Lead client discussions and provide strategic technical recommendations focused on business value • Develop and implement firm-approved AI-enabled client solutions in accordance with company policies • Stay informed about emerging AI tools and identify compliant opportunities with firm leadership • Guide project teams and clients through the full project lifecycle from discovery through deployment

🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in Salesforce.com • 4+ years of systems consulting experience • Strong understanding of Sales, Service, and Experience Clouds business processes • Excellent Salesforce configurator • Ability to work within a team environment • Strong communication skills • Strong organizational, verbal, presentation/facilitation, and written communication skills • Willingness to travel for team events as needed • Ability to responsibly explore and adopt firm-approved AI tools • Openness to learning and applying emerging technologies, including AI and automation, in alignment with firm policies and client standards • Experience in a consulting or professional services environment is preferred
