📋 Description

• Report directly to the Chief Executive Officer and serve as a key member of the executive leadership team • Lead CrossFit's global finance organization • Partner with leaders across the business to drive growth, operational excellence, and long-term value creation • Build financial strategies supporting innovation and strengthening the affiliate ecosystem • Help position CrossFit for sustained success through its continued transformation • Lead the company's financial strategy

🎯 Requirements

• Significant executive finance leadership experience with responsibility for large, complex P&Ls • Proven experience serving as a CFO or senior finance executive in a high-growth, transformation-focused environment • Private equity experience with a demonstrated track record of driving value creation • Experience leading organizations through periods of change, transformation, and growth • Deep expertise in financial planning, capital allocation, operational finance, and strategic decision-making • Exceptional leadership, communication, and executive influencing skills • High integrity and sound judgment • Ability to balance strategic vision with operational execution • CPA, MBA, or equivalent advanced financial credentials preferred • Genuine connection to CrossFit, its methodology, affiliate community, or ecosystem • Experience with consumer brands, affiliate or franchise business models, or membership-based organizations • Passion for building high-performing teams, developing leaders, and fostering accountability and collaboration
