📋 Description

• Serve as a core resource for Falcon Flex, guiding regional account teams on deal structure, policy compliance, commercial economics, and governance • Facilitate the Falcon Flex deal lifecycle, supporting new customer acquisitions, activations, expansions, and renewals across the Americas Enterprise segment • Review and process end-to-end Falcon Flex deal requests and manage approval workflows • Collaborate with Sales, Operations, Finance, Legal, Alliance partners, and regional field teams to drive efficient deal execution • Guide non-standard deal terms through cross-functional review and approval channels • Conduct financial modeling and business analysis to evaluate commercial terms, margin impacts, and operational considerations • Track and communicate deal status, risks, and recommendations to regional sales managers and operational leadership • Identify operational friction points and contribute to process and system enhancements in Salesforce CPQ

🎯 Requirements

• 6+ years of hands-on experience in enterprise sales operations, finance, deal desk, or commercial management within a SaaS environment • Solid understanding of subscription billing models, SaaS economics, and ARR concepts • Practical experience with Salesforce CRM and CPQ platforms • Strong proficiency in spreadsheet-based financial modeling and data analysis • Proven track record of working effectively with cross-functional peers in Sales, Finance, Legal, and Operations • Strong analytical abilities, sound commercial judgment, and a proactive approach to resolving deal roadblocks • Clear written and verbal communication skills with the ability to summarize complex deal details for sales leadership • Proven experience utilizing AI technologies to enhance decision-making, streamline workflows and processes, improve efficiency and drive business outcomes
