📋 Description

• Partner with stakeholders across Sales, Channel, Professional Services, Finance, and Revenue Operations to gather requirements, prioritize requests, and set expectations • Own functional deliverables end to end, including process definition, requirements, fit/gap analysis, functional design, test planning and execution, training, and post-launch support • Independently drive pre-research by analyzing data, validating assumptions, and identifying trends • Assess systemic impacts of changes across the Quote-to-Cash ecosystem, including provisioning, entitlements, billing, and reporting • Use AI tools to accelerate requirements, user stories, functional designs, test cases, proofs of concept, accelerators, and data analysis • Apply Salesforce AI capabilities such as Agentforce and Einstein to reduce manual effort for sellers and partners • Facilitate sprint planning, standups, retrospectives, backlog grooming, and cross-functional design sessions using Agile practices • Create and maintain process documentation, functional and architectural design artifacts, and Salesforce configuration best practices • Shape custom-versus-configuration decisions, advocating for scalable and upgrade-safe solutions • Monitor Salesforce releases and industry practices and proactively introduce new capabilities • Build a strong focus on seller and partner experience into delivered solutions • Liaise between business partners and engineering teams to translate quote, order, and revenue processes into scalable Salesforce CPQ, Revenue Cloud, and Lead-to-Cash solutions

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years implementing, configuring, and supporting SaaS business systems at a software company • At least 2 years hands-on with Salesforce CPQ, Revenue Cloud, or another CPQ application • Working knowledge of the Lead-to-Cash / Quote-to-Cash lifecycle, including products and price books, quoting and approvals, amendments and renewals, orders, and billing handoff • Demonstrated use of AI tools to improve throughput and decision-making, with specific examples • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills • Ability to synthesize ambiguous input into clear requirements and evaluate trade-offs • Experience building reports and dashboards, running queries or extracts, and using data to support recommendations • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Experience presenting to and influencing senior leadership • Solid understanding of the Salesforce platform, ecosystem, and declarative capabilities, including Flow, validation rules, security model, and sharing • Proven experience using AI technologies to enhance decision-making, streamline workflows and processes, improve efficiency, and drive business outcomes • Detail-oriented, organized, self-motivated, and a team player who thrives in a fast-moving environment • Bachelor's degree (technical degree preferred) or equivalent practical experience • Salesforce Revenue Cloud Advanced project delivery experience is a bonus • Salesforce certifications are a bonus, including Administrator, Advanced Administrator, CPQ Specialist, Revenue Cloud, or Business Analyst • Experience with partner/channel commerce, distributor and reseller models, marketplace, or eCommerce selling motions is a bonus • Familiarity with adjacent Quote-to-Cash tooling such as billing systems, CLM, tax, and ERP integrations is a bonus • Ability to read Apex, SOQL, or LWC sufficiently to collaborate with developers and troubleshoot independently is a bonus • Consulting background, including Big 4, is a bonus
