📋 Description

• Define the F&A AI operating model, charter, and governance forums • Maintain F&A’s AI transformation roadmap, including AI project intake, prioritization, and implementation • Evaluate AI platforms, embedded ERP/Enterprise systems AI features, and specialist Finance AI tools • Maintain a current view of the Finance AI tooling landscape and recommend investment • Partner with Finance & Accounting Process Leads to identify and shape high-value AI opportunities • Develop and maintain a prioritized portfolio of business use cases with ROI, feasibility, risk, and change-impact assessments • Track benefits realization post-deployment and refine the pipeline based on outcomes • Manage AI solution proof-of-concept delivery with IT, Data, Security, and vendors • Ensure AI solutions integrate with finance systems and manage transition activities for scaling pilots into production • Evaluate build-versus-buy decisions and lead vendor selection where applicable • Design and deliver role-based AI learning paths for Finance & Accounting • Build and run a Finance & Accounting AI Champions network • Lead change-management and adoption campaigns and measure capability uplift and behavioral adoption • Establish Finance-specific AI guidelines aligned with enterprise AI policy • Educate the function on acceptable use, escalation paths, and documentation expectations • Monitor compliance and partner with Information Security, Vendor Risk, Legal, and Internal Audit • Define and report adoption, productivity, quality, and value-realized KPIs • Provide executive-ready updates on the Finance & Accounting AI portfolio, outcomes, and emerging risks

🎯 Requirements

• 12+ years combined experience in Finance or Accounting Transformation • At least 3+ years delivering AI, automation, or advanced analytics initiatives • Demonstrated experience standing up and/or scaling AI transformation programs • Strong working knowledge of core Finance and Accounting processes, including Close, Consolidation, FP&A, and Controls Frameworks • Proven track record influencing senior stakeholders at Sr. Director, VP, or CFO level • Bachelor’s in Finance, Accounting, IS, or related discipline • Proven experience utilizing AI technologies to enhance decision-making, streamline workflows and processes, improve efficiency, and drive business outcomes
