📋 Description

• Plan, deploy, implement, and provide operational support for the CrowdStrike platform and related applications • Manage all deployment aspects from initial customer engagement through planning, installation, optimization, and follow-on customer support • Provide technical implementation, configuration, and troubleshooting assistance for the CrowdStrike Falcon platform and associated applications • Assist customers with operationalizing all Falcon platform modules • Troubleshoot customer issues across small to large enterprises • Utilize and engineer native and third-party software deployment technologies • Develop scripting and application solutions using Falcon APIs • Handle customer project planning and status • Collaborate with customer information technology teams • Support vulnerability and asset management using CrowdStrike applications such as Exposure Management • Assist customers with integrating CrowdStrike into existing tools • Support Incident Response and Compromise Assessment teams with deployment of Falcon and Falcon Forensics Collectors • Develop customer-facing collateral with the Platform Professional Services team • Develop and lead skills workshops for the Platform Professional Services team

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or related discipline • 8 years of experience performing IT deployments or in an end user/customer environment • Strong understanding of software deployment technologies • Very knowledgeable on Windows, Mac, and Linux platforms • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, Access, and PowerPoint • Strong experience in computer and network systems security • Strong experience presenting technical content to various audiences • Experience mentoring team members • Some experience leading a team to complete projects • Proven experience utilizing AI technologies to enhance decision-making, streamline workflows and processes, improve efficiency and drive business outcomes • Endpoint security experience with Falcon platform, AV, or EDR solutions • Software deployment experience with SCCM, Group Policy, McAfee EPO, IBM BigFix, Puppet, Chef, Citrix, PDQ, or PsExec • Development experience with PowerShell, Python, Bash, or Batch • Experience with host-based firewall, File Integrity Management, Data Protection, Vulnerability Management, Attack Surface Management, or IT Automation • Compliance knowledge including CIS Benchmarks, STIGs, PCI, or HIPPA • Database knowledge including SIEM, MSSQL, Splunk, or LogScale • Identity experience including Active Directory, Azure-AD, or SSO • Cloud experience with AWS, Azure, or GCP • Ability to travel up to 25% of the time • Potential for travel and assignment work • Must periodically undergo and pass alcohol and/or drug tests during employment
