📋 Description

• Own the strategy, roadmap, and delivery of global time and absence programs • Define program goals and success metrics for accuracy, compliance, and supportive employee experiences • Serve as the subject matter expert on time tracking, leave of absence, and absence management practices • Continuously evaluate and improve programs to enhance efficiency and employee experience • Collaborate with HR, Benefits, and Legal on leave policy design and administration • Work with regional stakeholders to balance global standards with local requirements • Work closely with Product Manager and IT to optimize time and absence modules within Workday • Partner with Payroll to ensure accurate data flow between time/absence, payroll, and HR systems • Ensure programs comply with global, regional, and local labor laws and leave regulations, including FMLA, FLSA, statutory leave entitlements, and working time directives • Monitor regulatory changes and update policies, processes, and configurations accordingly • Translate regulatory requirements into system and program design specifications • Develop training and enablement materials, documentation, and communications for program implementations and enhancements • Lead change management for new system rollouts and policy updates • Provide guidance and support to HR teams, managers, and employees • Gather feedback to inform continuous improvement

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resource, Business, or related field • 5+ years of experience in program/project management, with 5+ years in time and absence • Proven experience utilizing AI technologies to enhance decision-making, streamline workflows and processes, improve efficiency and drive business outcomes • Strong knowledge of Workday Time & Absence modules • Solid understanding of global time management and leave laws and compliance requirements • Experience managing cross-functional stakeholders and complex programs • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills • Experience managing time and absence programs across multiple global regions • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, global environment
