📋 Description

• Produce contractual key performance indicators • Maintain documented calculation methods so measures are traceable and reproducible • Identify and escalate contractual measures that cannot be accurately produced from available data • Support quality governance review and produce cost savings evidence • Prepare performance content for operational reviews, client business reviews and program governance • Track corrective action triggers and remediation status when measures breach thresholds • Analyze scheduled and demand maintenance completion, response and resolution performance by site, platform, vendor and department • Analyze first-time-fix, repeat-fault and aging work order patterns and identify drivers • Analyze self-performed versus vendor-performed volume and cost differences and support conversion cases • Analyze capacity and workload distribution across sites and staff and flag unsustainable loads • Support capital replacement and end-of-life analysis using failure, downtime and spend evidence • Analyze service spending and explain budget variance in operational terms • Analyze contract and entitlement positions, renewal timing, coverage gaps and unused coverage • Support quote benchmarking and vendor performance comparison • Provide analysis for change requests, scope changes and pricing discussions • State analytical limitations and distinguish correlation from causation • Reconcile figures across reports to prevent conflicting answers • Act as the named analytical contact for assigned Site Operations Managers • Travel to assigned sites to understand operational processes and data issues • Feed findings back to sites in actionable form • Work with Master Data, Sourcing and Payments teams on data defects, spend and contract data • Specify and validate reporting and dashboard requirements • Support internal and client audits with traceable analysis and source data • Escort and host OEM and third-party personnel at client sites • Confirm third-party induction, badging, authorization, safety compliance and service-record completion • Escalate unannounced or out-of-scope third-party work

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in operational, service, performance or financial analysis • Demonstrated ability to produce analysis that has been challenged and held up • Strong spreadsheet capability, including pivot, lookup and reconciliation techniques • SQL, Power BI, Tableau or comparable reporting tool experience preferred • Experience with a computerized maintenance management system (CMMS), enterprise asset management system or service management platform as a data source • Experience working to contractual or regulated performance measures where the definition matters • Demonstrated willingness to say that a number is wrong or cannot be produced, rather than publishing it • Working knowledge of GxP requirements and data integrity expectations • Experience in a pharmaceutical, biotechnology, healthcare or technical service environment preferred • Bachelor’s degree in a technical, scientific, business, finance or information discipline preferred • Equivalent experience considered • Training in GxP, data integrity and client site safety provided or required • Ability to wear required personal protective equipment when on site • Ability to follow client site safety, OSHA, laboratory and facility-specific procedures • Willingness and ability to travel approximately 10 to 20 percent to assigned sites, client reviews and program meetings
