📋 Description

• Drive outcomes for large and complex technical operations programs spanning multiple organizations • Develop and execute strategic roadmaps; own forecasting and resource planning • Partner with Regulatory Compliance to operationalize reporting requirements • Stand up new workflows and scale existing workflows for US and international expansions • Define program and workflow KPIs and SLAs • Drive high-quality outcomes through deployments with a global vendor workforce • Lead workflow transformation efforts for evolving business needs • Partner with Engineering to design, test, and deploy ML and Gen-AI models and tools • Communicate program status, risks, and priorities to executive stakeholders • Drive strategic decision-making across functions • Mentor a high-performing team of Technical Specialists and foster a quality-first culture

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in technical, legal or business discipline • 10+ years of experience managing complex, tech-enabled operations and working across cross-functional partners • 5+ years of people management experience • Experience in Regulatory Compliance, Vehicle Qualification, or similar domains • Ability to assess and operationalize legal reporting requirements • Proven ability to manage complex technical operations programs, including structuring project plans, identifying dependencies, and driving execution • Ability to thrive in a high ambiguity, dynamic environment • Experience working with offshore teams / multiple local operations hubs (preferred) • Experience within A / V space (preferred) • Increased competency supporting all phases of the machine learning development lifecycle (preferred) • Experience with Lean / Six Sigma process improvement methodologies (preferred)
