📋 Description

• Own cost, schedule, and performance tracking across priority contracts • Escalate risks proactively • Serve as primary point of contact for government program offices • Run program reviews and status updates • Coordinate deliverables • Manage individual product orders from intake through production coordination and on-time, on-spec shipment • Coordinate a cross-functional team of 12-15 engineers and subcontractors • Translate program requirements into actionable technical tasks • Hold the team to delivery commitments • Partner with the Director of Contracts on subcontractor performance and deliverables • Support capture and proposal efforts as a past-performance and technical credibility resource • Resolve cross-program resource conflicts • Maintain program documentation and provide internal leadership updates on portfolio health

🎯 Requirements

• 5-8 years of program or project management experience • Direct experience managing DoD contracts with cost, schedule, and performance accountability • Operational/mission experience, including prior military service, embedded operator experience, or direct exposure to field use of edge sensor/ISR equipment • Demonstrated experience serving as primary customer point of contact to government program offices • Active Top Secret clearance, or ability to obtain one • Experience managing cross-functional technical teams through delivery deadlines • Strong working knowledge of cost/schedule tracking methodology • Excellent written and verbal communication • U.S. Person status • Program Management certification is a nice-to-have • Experience supporting proposal or capture efforts is a nice-to-have • Familiarity with small-to-mid-size defense contractor environments is a nice-to-have
