📋 Description

• Own end-to-end implementation planning for new Tendo Insights customers, including phased project plans, governance structures, and realistic timelines • Serve as the primary relationship owner for accounts through implementation • Build trusted-advisor relationships with executive sponsors, day-to-day champions, and operational stakeholders • Identify and proactively manage delivery, organizational, interpersonal, timeline, and technical risks • Run stakeholder communication and escalation cadences • Convert contract commitments into specific, mutually agreed implementation plans • Build and deliver executive-level updates and business reviews connecting implementation progress to customer value • Partner with Sales, Product, and Support to ensure a seamless customer experience • Manage multiple concurrent customer engagements across implementation stages • Mentor and guide junior program/project managers

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience • 7+ years of experience in program/project management, implementation, or professional services • Track record of managing complex, multi-stakeholder implementations with executive-level customer visibility • Demonstrated judgment in navigating organizational politics and relationship risk within a customer account • Strong executive communication and presence, including delivering plans or business reviews to a customer's C-suite • Structured, rigorous planning skills, including dependency-aware timeline development • Experience managing a portfolio of concurrent engagements and prioritizing competing demands
