📋 Description

• Lead and manage ServiceNow initiatives involving presales, prototypes, internal lab development, and solution delivery • Work with ServiceNow to launch offerings and support documentation for internal offerings • Collaborate with technical architects and leadership to design demos, prototypes, and proposal content • Create PowerPoints and recordings of key demos, features, and benefits • Coordinate multiple ServiceNow-focused projects and programs • Advise on presales and program activities, customer needs, solutions, and ServiceNow value • Partner with architects, developers, and capture teams to ensure high-quality outcomes and continuous improvement • Support proposal development, writing, and presales customer meetings • Coordinate meetings and action items • Track trends, capabilities, and best practices to inform strategy and solution development • Perform other duties as assigned

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum of 7 years of professional experience • At least 3 years focused on the ServiceNow platform • Proven experience in ServiceNow project and program management, ideally including presales, prototypes, and demo activities • Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and IT modernization principles • Excellent written and communications skills • Experience in crafting proposal content and contributing to business development efforts • Bachelor's degree or higher • PMP required • Active Public Trust or the ability to obtain a Public Trust • U.S. Citizenship required pursuant to a government contract • ServiceNow certifications preferred
