📋 Description

• Plan, lead, and control complex Salesforce projects and related personnel • Manage projects within scope, on time, and within budget • Manage day-to-day project operations and align stakeholders on goals, objectives, and deliverables • Maintain proactive and transparent client communication • Lead team and client meetings and ensure timely follow-up • Coordinate daily tasks, track actions, and evaluate projects • Use data to measure progress and provide project transparency • Coach clients on Agile practices and select appropriate Agile frameworks • Control risk and minimize uncertainty through effective decision-making • Implement streamlined processes through change management • Mentor and train entry-level team members • Support interviewing and onboarding of new Project Managers • Contribute as an innovative thought leader through knowledge sharing and coaching on best practices and market trends

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in technology-focused project management • Minimum of 1–2 years of experience working with Agile teams on technology projects • Experience managing and forecasting budgets • Ability to provide attention to detail and work in a fast-paced environment • Experience creating and maintaining a project plan from inception through completion • Demonstrated success leading multiple enterprise strategic projects from end-to-end • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with experience presenting to C-Level management • Excellent organizational, multi-tasking, facilitation, and time management skills • Excellent interpersonal skills • Ability to collaborate and apply critical thinking and problem-solving skills • Bachelor’s degree • Certification in Agile, Project Management, or Business Process Management highly preferred, or willingness to achieve certification within the first 12 months • Experience working with Salesforce highly preferred • Must verify identity and eligibility to work in the United States • Crowe is not sponsoring work authorization at this time
