📋 Description

• Build and operate an independent real estate business • Serve buyers and sellers throughout the Dallas-Fort Worth Metroplex • Use prospecting tools, leads, CRM technology and brokerage infrastructure to grow the business • Access and use Crown Homes' Plano office, technology, training and brokerage support • Develop business through FSBO, expired, probate, absentee-owner and other prospecting opportunities • Participate in coaching, training and use provided scripts • Manage individual production, activity and performance

🎯 Requirements

• Commission-based independent contractor role • Real estate agent role serving the Dallas-Fort Worth Metroplex • Must be able to build a real estate business throughout the DFW market
