📋 Description
• Review incoming leads from Facebook groups and other sources • Review social media leads from a live spreadsheet • Identify the correct industry for each lead • Respond using the correct client profile • Follow strict tone, grammar, and formatting rules • Use checklists and SOPs to avoid errors • Maintain accuracy during long, focused shifts
🎯 Requirements
• At least 2 monitors (3 preferred) • Comfortable with repetitive work • Strong attention to detail • Clear, grammatically correct English • Follows instructions exactly • Can commit to a fixed shift • Open to feedback and coaching • Experience with Google Sheets, Google Chrome (Remote Desktop), ChatGPT (assist only), internal SOPs, and Notion
