📋 Description

• Maximize opportunities and client value across the coverage universe • Build enduring relationships with senior and executive-level stakeholders • Advise clients on market trends using Crux Market Intelligence • Win mandates across debt, tax credits, and tax equity product lines • Advise clients on capital structure and capital formation strategy • Support clients through transaction execution with Crux product groups • Ensure clients realize maximum value from Crux software and Intelligence platforms • Collaborate with tax equity, debt, and tax credits product groups to develop new offerings • Iterate with software and AI teams based on customer feedback • Engage with the market through public speaking and webinars • Contribute to Market Intelligence and intellectual property development

🎯 Requirements

• 10-15+ years of experience in power & utilities or renewables finance • Significant transactional experience across some mix of debt, equity, M&A, and tax equity • Relationships with senior stakeholders at Clean Fuels (45Z) producers • Preference for candidates with investment banking coverage experience • Expertise in clean energy and infrastructure capital markets • Motivated by hitting goals and supporting clients • Natural relationship builder • Thrives in high-ownership environments • Team culture builder and team oriented • Highest ethical standards • Ambition and drive to make clean-economy capital markets more liquid and efficient, including through AI • Willingness to travel up to 25% of the time • FINRA SIE, Series 79, and Series 63 required, or willingness to obtain under Crux’s broker-dealer sponsorship
