📋 Description

• Research changes to tax forms • Interpret tax code and regulation updates driving tax form changes • Provide guidance to programmers on calculation updates based on research findings • Test tax return calculations for accuracy, consistency, and usability • Design and execute test cases to confirm correct implementation of tax law changes • Contribute to release notes, technical explanations, and customer-facing guidance • Develop working knowledge of assigned jurisdictions or tax topics • Apply tax knowledge to assist the team • Develop and update documentation supporting tax return calculations and related collateral • Support created products through direct and indirect communication channels • Help create and maintain corporate and Pass-through tax software solutions

🎯 Requirements

• Undergraduate degree in Accounting, Computer Science, or related field • 2 to 3 years of industry or public accounting experience specializing in corporate or Pass-through income tax compliance, or programming experience • Experience with business entity income tax compliance and/or programming • Experience leveraging AI-driven tools is a plus • Experience reading and interpreting COBOL and/or C# is a plus • Experience with Visual Studio and Azure DevOps is a plus • Exposure to and interest in tax software applications and Microsoft products • Equivalent experience at a tax software company is a plus • Strong written and verbal communication skills • Willingness to learn new skills quickly • Ability to work an extended schedule as required to meet objectives
