📋 Description

• Design, build, and support modern business intelligence and AI-powered automation solutions • Develop enterprise dashboards, scorecards, reports, semantic models, data marts, and reporting datasets • Develop KPIs, metrics, executive reporting, reusable datasets, documentation, and self-service reporting experiences • Design, develop, and deploy AI agents, Copilot solutions, and generative AI workflows • Identify and evaluate AI opportunities for operational improvement, knowledge management, customer service, and productivity • Monitor and continuously improve AI solution performance, accuracy, usability, and business value • Develop secure integrations between applications, databases, APIs, cloud services, and reporting platforms • Design ETL/ELT processes and optimize SQL queries, data models, and data pipelines • Support data governance, metadata, data quality standards, documentation, security, privacy, and responsible AI practices • Implement role-based security and access controls • Advise business leaders, facilitate workshops, and provide technical guidance and mentoring • Create documentation, training materials, and best practices • Collaborate with infrastructure, development, security, and business teams • Perform other duties as assigned

🎯 Requirements

• Knowledge of business intelligence, data modeling, and reporting principles and best practices • Knowledge of SQL, relational database structures, and ETL/ELT data integration • Knowledge of Microsoft Copilot, Copilot Studio, and generative AI solutions • Knowledge of data governance, information security, privacy requirements, and responsible AI practices • Knowledge of business process analysis, workflow design, and automation methodologies • Skill in developing interactive dashboards, reports, and semantic data models • Skill in designing and implementing AI agents, copilots, and automated workflows • Skill in writing, optimizing, and troubleshooting SQL queries and integrating multiple data sources • Skill in translating business requirements into technical solutions • Skill in communicating technical concepts to technical and non-technical stakeholders • Ability to troubleshoot reporting, data quality, and AI solution issues • Ability to analyze complex business challenges and develop AI-driven solutions • Ability to manage multiple priorities and projects accurately and effectively • Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Systems, Data Analytics, Business Intelligence, or related field, or equivalent experience • 3–7 years of experience developing business intelligence, analytics, or data solutions • Experience implementing Microsoft Copilot, Copilot Studio, Azure AI, OpenAI services, or similar AI technologies • Preferred: experience with data pipelines and curated datasets • Preferred: experience with Power BI and Power Platform • Preferred: experience with Microsoft Fabric, Azure Synapse, or Azure Data Factory • Preferred: experience with Dynamics 365, SharePoint, Freshservice, or similar enterprise platforms • Preferred: experience with Python, C#, or JavaScript • Preferred: knowledge of RAG, prompt engineering, vector databases, and AI agents • Preferred: relevant Microsoft certifications • Preferred: ability to communicate effectively in American Sign Language (ASL)
