📋 Description

• Design, develop, and maintain enterprise dashboards, scorecards, and reports • Build and maintain semantic models, data marts, and reporting datasets • Develop KPIs, metrics, and executive reporting aligned with organizational goals • Partner with business units to translate reporting needs into scalable analytics solutions • Improve self-service analytics through reusable datasets, documentation, and user-friendly reporting • Design, develop, and deploy workflow automations • Identify automation and process improvement opportunities • Evaluate emerging technologies, including AI-assisted tools • Monitor and improve automated solutions • Develop and maintain secure integrations between applications, databases, APIs, cloud services, and reporting platforms • Design ETL/ELT processes • Optimize SQL queries, data models, and data pipelines • Support data governance through metadata, data quality standards, and documentation • Ensure solutions comply with security, privacy, and governance standards • Implement role-based security and access controls • Advise business leaders on reporting, analytics, and automation opportunities • Facilitate workshops and provide technical guidance and mentoring • Create documentation, training materials, and best practices • Collaborate with infrastructure, development, security, and business teams

🎯 Requirements

• Knowledge of business intelligence, data modeling, and reporting principles and best practices • Knowledge of SQL, relational database structures, and data integration processes (ETL/ELT) • Knowledge of modern analytics, data visualization, and workflow automation platforms • Knowledge of data governance, information security, and privacy requirements • Knowledge of business process analysis, workflow design, and automation methodologies • Skill in developing interactive dashboards, reports, and semantic data models • Skill in designing and implementing automated workflows • Skill in writing, optimizing, and troubleshooting SQL queries and integrating data from multiple systems and sources • Skill in analyzing business requirements and translating them into technical solutions • Skill in presenting and communicating technical concepts to business and non-technical stakeholders • Skill in troubleshooting and resolving reporting, data quality, and integration issues • Ability to analyze complex business challenges and develop data-driven solutions • Ability to manage multiple priorities and projects • Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams • Ability to learn and apply emerging technologies • Ability to handle sensitive information and implement secure, compliant solutions • Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Systems, Data Analytics, Business Intelligence, or related field, or equivalent experience • 3–7 years of experience developing business intelligence, analytics, or data solutions • Hands-on experience building dashboards and reports in a modern BI platform
