📋 Description

• Partner with senior enterprise sales directors to lead business-level discoveries with firm partners and corporate legal executives • Translate litigation and eDiscovery pain points into operational efficiency and profitability models • Architect and co-author custom strategic business cases for DISCO’s largest and most complex transactions • Design repeatable industry playbooks for law firms using DISCO’s platform • Serve as a subject-matter expert in client-facing meetings with litigation partners and general counsel • Feed domain expertise and client insights into product, marketing, and sales enablement • Proactively adopt and responsibly use AI tools to drive efficiency, improve outcomes, and evolve work practices

🎯 Requirements

• 2–4 years of experience practicing litigation or specializing in eDiscovery at an Am Law 100–200 or elite regional law firm • Deep working knowledge of litigation workflows, document review processes, and eDiscovery cost and staffing drivers • Ability to translate qualitative operational pain points into quantitative, defensible business cases • Strong executive presence and communication skills to engage with law firm partners and general counsel • Comfort operating with ambiguity and building processes in a newer, evolving function • Ability to collaborate across sales, product, and marketing teams • Prior experience in value engineering, solutions consulting, or another business-facing enterprise-sales role preferred • Experience presenting to or advising senior stakeholders in a consultative capacity preferred • Familiarity with eDiscovery or legal technology platforms, including DISCO or competitor solutions, preferred • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship now or in the future
