📋 Description

• Serve as a point of contact for patients and agency nurses, responding to inquiries and coordinating care needs. • Collaborate with the Clinical Nurse Supervisor and Agency Intake Liaison on onboarding, compliance tracking, and agency service coordination. • Process patient orders, clinical documentation, and prescription labels. • Escalate clinical concerns or changes in patient condition to the Clinical Nurse Supervisor or appropriate team member. • Coordinate nursing schedules and verify patient information with pharmacy and nursing teams. • Maintain documentation of patient interactions, urgent requests, complaints, and service issues. • Identify and report compliance issues, scheduling conflicts, and patient concerns. • Support administrative tasks including scanning, organizing records, and preparing scheduling materials. • Contact agencies regarding missing documentation or lab due dates. • Uphold professional conduct and comply with company policies, procedures, and compliance standards.

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum two years medical or pharmacy experience or equivalent experience. • At least 1 year of customer service experience • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. • Ability to multi-task and frequently change direction. • Highest level of professionalism, responsiveness, and communication. • Adherence to company compliance requirements, policies, procedures, and standards. • Successful completion of a drug screen prior to employment. • Ability to perform the stated physical demands, including lifting and/or moving up to 20 pounds. • Ability to work Monday–Friday, 8:30am–5:00pm EST. • Ability to use standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets, and fax machines.
