📋 Description

• Define Product Strategy & Vision • Develop and own the long-term strategy for CSI’s money movement portfolio across ACH, Wire, RTP, FedNow, P2P, and international payments • Align product direction with company growth goals, market trends, and evolving regulatory requirements • Identify opportunities to enhance capabilities, enter new segments, and differentiate CSI’s offerings • Evaluate whether to build internally or partner with third-party providers using structured RFP/RFI processes • Conduct vendor due diligence, including pricing, performance, and long-term viability • Own pricing frameworks across payment rails, including volume-based and customer-segment models • Validate long-term scalability and extensibility of architecture in partnership with Engineering • Define performance benchmarks for scalability, reliability, security, and compliance • Present strategic recommendations and roadmap updates to executive leadership

🎯 Requirements

• 15+ years of experience in payments or money movement products, with leadership at the director level or higher • Deep expertise across ACH, Wire, RTP, FedNow, P2P, and international payment systems • Strong experience with vendor selection, RFP processes, and contract negotiation • Proven understanding of payments economics, pricing strategy, and margin optimization • Experience defining non-functional requirements for large-scale systems (scalability, reliability, compliance) • Familiarity with ISO 20022 and modern payment standards • Exceptional communication skills with the ability to influence executive stakeholders
