📋 Description

• Collaborate with customers to understand their business objectives, needs, and challenges • Provide guidance on solutions to meet business needs • Overcome challenges with recommendations on necessary resources • Support and consult with accurate scopes of work for sales proposals • Leverage industry expertise, product knowledge, and technical understanding for successful client engagement • Consult and recommend appropriate resources/solutions/products for customers • Diagnose complex customer environments to identify needs • Provide accurate Statement of Work (SOW) and Bill of Materials (BOM) for proposals • Research, review, and answer Request for Proposal (RFP) questions • Document and support sales opportunities • Mentor Solutions Architect team members

🎯 Requirements

• At least fifteen (15) years of relevant work experience • Education or relevant job knowledge equivalent to college or university undergraduate education
