• Leading market access initiatives across a diverse portfolio of accounts within the regional healthcare ecosystem • Identifying and fostering relationships with established and emerging accounts • Developing and maintaining long-term partnerships with key stakeholders • Overseeing regional and cross-functional collaboration with business leaders • Optimizing portfolio revenue and ensuring comprehensive access across pharmacy and medical benefits
• A bachelor's degree is required, with an advanced degree preferred • At least 10 years of pharmaceutical experience • 3-5 years of GPO, MSO and Non-Acute clinic customer account management and/or sales management experience • Knowledge of GPOs, Infusion center, and Specialty Pharmacy • Demonstrated success with account management, market sales growth, and product profitability • Understanding of contract of purchase performance and data agreements
