📋 Description

• Develop and execute a comprehensive Organizational Change Management strategy aligned with program goals • Conduct stakeholder impact assessments, change impact analyses, and readiness evaluations • Build and manage change networks and champion programs across affected business areas • Design and deliver communication plans, executive toolkits, and targeted messaging • Facilitate leadership alignment and engagement sessions at all organizational levels • Define the governance framework and create or shape the training strategy • Manage change deliverables, including readiness assessments, management toolkits, and adoption metrics • Monitor adoption risks and drive mitigation plans through go-live and beyond • Partner with client leadership, consulting partners, and program teams to drive adoption of new Source-to-Pay processes and systems

🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience leading Organizational Change Management on large-scale ERP transformation programs • Deep, focused OCM experience on SAP Source-to-Pay (STP) workstreams • Strong knowledge of SAP platforms, preferably S/4HANA, and related business processes • Demonstrated ownership of change communications strategy and impact measurement • Experience with organizational design and transition planning • Excellent facilitation and collaboration skills across all organizational levels • Participation in 5+ major business change initiatives involving SAP or similar ERP systems • Led more than four large-scale business change initiatives • Led or played a major role in 3+ large-scale technology-enabled change initiatives • Experience designing and executing OCM strategies for global organizations • Knowledge of SAP S/4HANA • Knowledge of Source-to-Pay business processes, including procurement, supplier management, invoicing, and payments • Experience with OCM toolkits, including impact assessments, readiness assessments, adoption metrics, and executive toolkits
