📋 Description

• Own the Blue Prism platform, including upgrades, patches, configuration, and overall health • Keep the Control Room running as expected, including schedules, sessions, queues, and bot execution • Develop, debug, and enhance Blue Prism processes and objects • Provide L1, L2, and L3 support for production automations • Troubleshoot incidents, run root-cause analysis, and implement permanent fixes • Lead and mentor RPA developers and support resources, and manage workload and priorities • Manage and prioritize the automation backlog across enhancements, new requests, and break-fix work • Partner with business and technology teams to deliver quality automation on time • Build solutions with ABBYY and other intelligent automation tools • Maintain clear technical and operational documentation

🎯 Requirements

• Strong hands-on Blue Prism development and administration experience • Experience running the Blue Prism Control Room in production • Experience providing L1, L2, and L3 support for automations • Experience leading an RPA or automation team • Experience managing an automation backlog and business relationships • Working knowledge of ABBYY • Strong troubleshooting and root-cause analysis skills • Excellent verbal and written communication • Blue Prism certification (Developer or Solution Designer) is nice-to-have • Experience with other intelligent automation or document-processing tools is nice-to-have • Experience upgrading Blue Prism across environments is nice-to-have • Exposure to other RPA platforms is nice-to-have • Documentation and runbook ownership in a support environment is nice-to-have
