📋 Description

• Teach synchronous online courses via Microsoft Teams on Monday and Tuesday every week • Plan and organize instruction to maximize student learning and engagement • Modify instructional methods to meet diverse student needs • Employ appropriate teaching strategies to communicate subject matter • Maintain compliance with accreditation requirements and CIAT policies • Submit documentation related to class requirements • Communicate with management about necessary support items • Promote collaboration with other staff members

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in a related field • CompTIA Tech+ certification • At least three years of experience in the respective field OR two years of teaching experience • Synchronous online teaching experience preferred • Advanced subject matter expertise preferred • Effective presentation skills, communication and technology skills • Good working knowledge of MS Office applications (Microsoft Teams, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and learning technologies (e.g., Canvas) • Ability to multitask • Problem-solving skills • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written • Compliance with all college policies and procedures
