📋 Description

• Manage a pipeline of applications delivered to Origence for underwriting, negotiating, processing, and capturing loan opportunities • Support management in overseeing and developing applicable programs and staff to achieve strategic goals • Maintain professionalism and exceptional service with lenders, dealerships, and internal and external partners • Develop relationships and communicate with stakeholders involved in originating loans and leases across the CUDC network • Review credit applications across CUDC platforms and render sound decisions within delegated authority • Capture and assess relevant information and document decision details and rationale • Follow up with lenders, applicants, and origination sources to complete information and documentation according to lender guidance • Maximize the share of loans funded to approved opportunities for lenders • Assist with training, implementations, systems, testing, quality assurance, staffing optimization, process improvements, and documentation • Create, manage, and analyze reports and metrics for application pipelines, operational efficiency, service levels, and client value • Contribute as a credit analysis and loan origination subject matter expert on cross-functional projects with internal and external stakeholders

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent mix of education and relevant experience required • Ten years of credit analysis/underwriting experience within a financial institution or equivalent provider required • Proven experience balancing conflicting objectives, such as risk versus growth or speed versus quality • Knowledge of lending operations and regulatory compliance required • Indirect auto lending experience required • Additional lending experience, such as leasing, mortgage, or retail finance, preferred • Experience adjacent to underwriting, such as processing, funding, or quality assurance, is a plus • Exceptional service orientation for customers and internal and external partners • Excellent oral and written communication and analytical skills • Ability to work independently with personal initiative, establish goals, organize and prioritize work, and meet aggressive deadlines • Ability to engage effectively with stakeholders at all organizational levels, from line-level staff to senior executives • Proven ability to deliver results in a fast-paced environment with competing objectives and shifting priorities • Computer knowledge with Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint • Must be located in Colorado, Arizona, Texas, Washington, Georgia, Wyoming, Illinois, Florida, or Hawaii
