• Develop acquisition strategies and acquisition planning documents • Prepare solicitations, evaluation plans, and source selection documentation • Conduct cost and price analyses, including reasonableness and allowability reviews • Support contract negotiations and award activities • Draft D&Fs, MOUs, IAAs, and acquisition plans • Analyze procurement risks and recommend mitigation strategies • Support policy, compliance, and audit initiatives • Provide guidance on acquisition regulations and procedures • Perform complex acquisition and contract administration activities • Serve as a trusted advisor to government acquisition personnel
• Bachelor's degree • Six (6) years of relevant acquisition experience • Demonstrated knowledge of federal contracting regulations and procedures • Strong analytical and communication skills • Experience in federal government acquisitions is preferred
