• Serve as a senior advisor and subject matter expert in health services research, program evaluation, implementation science, and healthcare improvement • Lead complex evaluations, assessments, and analytical efforts to identify opportunities for improving healthcare delivery, quality, performance, and outcomes • Conduct strategic analyses and translate research findings into actionable recommendations for healthcare leaders and decision-makers • Support consultation projects through evidence synthesis, needs assessments, program evaluations, and implementation planning • Collaborate with government stakeholders and multidisciplinary teams to evaluate, implement, and sustain evidence-based practices and innovations • Develop executive briefings, reports, white papers, technical products, and presentations for internal and external stakeholders • Apply qualitative and quantitative methodologies to assess program effectiveness and support data-informed decision making • Contribute to enterprise initiatives focused on implementation science, healthcare transformation, dissemination, and organizational improvement • Facilitate discussions with senior stakeholders and provide strategic recommendations regarding healthcare programs, policy, and performance improvement • Support the development and dissemination of knowledge products, tools, and resources that advance Military Health System priorities • Support organizational growth, solution development, and future health program opportunities
• Master's degree in Health Services Research, Public Health, or a related field • Minimum of three (3) years of experience supporting the Military Health System • Demonstrated experience conducting health services research, program evaluation, assessment, and strategic analysis • Experience synthesizing scientific evidence and translating findings into actionable recommendations • Strong written and verbal communication skills, including development of reports, presentations, and executive briefings • Experience collaborating with multidisciplinary teams and supporting complex healthcare initiatives • Ability to obtain Public Trust/NACI • Desired: Program Management experience and/or certification • Desired: Change Management experience and/or certification • Desired: Experience supporting Military Health System, Department of Defense, or other federal healthcare programs • Desired: Experience supporting implementation science, dissemination science, healthcare innovation, or evidence-based practice initiatives • Desired: Experience collaborating with clinicians, researchers, and multidisciplinary stakeholder groups • Desired: Experience supporting healthcare quality improvement, organizational improvement, or healthcare transformation initiatives
