• Participate in customer onboarding, training, and adoption efforts. • Travel to customer sites to support implementations, discovery workshops, and troubleshooting. • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customer stakeholders to ensure long-term satisfaction. • Collaborate with the Customer Success and Professional Services teams to ensure alignment with ethanol customer goals and KPIs. • Act as the subject matter expert during sales cycles for renewable fuels producers. • Collaborate with Account Executives to tailor product demos and presentations to industry-specific use cases. • Provide input on RFPs, proposals, and other sales-related documentation. • Gather, document, and prioritize feature requests and business requirements specific to ethanol production workflows. • Monitor industry trends, regulations, and best practices to inform product strategy and maintain competitive differentiation.
• 5+ years of experience in the renewable fuels industry, either directly within an ethanol producer organization or in a consultative, technology, or service role supporting ethanol producers. • Proven ability to work cross-functionally between sales, customer-facing teams, and product development. • Strong business analysis skills, including requirements gathering, workflow mapping, and stakeholder communication. • Comfortable presenting to executives and technical audiences alike. • Willingness to travel for on-site engagements (approx. 20–30%). • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Agriculture, Engineering, or a related field.
