📋 Description

• Collect, validate, and analyze vendor performance data, including CSLs, SLAs, KPIs, and vendor scorecards • Monitor trends, identify performance, financial, and operational risks, and escalate issues • Maintain standardized dashboards and scorecards for vendor and enterprise leadership reviews • Surface vendor performance and risk insights and recommendations to governance leadership • Support QBRs, monthly and quarterly reviews, and formal issue management reviews • Prepare executive-ready materials covering vendor performance, risks, action plans, and financial impacts • Track vendor commitments, remediation actions, and agreed outcomes • Track contract performance, savings, credits, penalties, and benefits realization • Support renewal and renegotiation efforts with historical performance and commercial insights • Maintain documentation of governance decisions and artifacts • Coordinate governance data requests and reporting for strategic vendor relationships • Partner with Procurement, IT, Finance, and Risk to ensure timely information flow • Support governance standards and documented processes • Facilitate communication and collaboration between internal teams and external suppliers

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Supply Chain, Analytics, or related field required • 5+ years of experience in procurement, vendor management, operations, finance, or analytics • Demonstrated ability to manage complex analyses • Experience working with outsourced service providers or complex third-party relationships preferred • Strong data analysis and reporting skills • Experience with Excel, Power BI, or similar tools required • Experience with contract lifecycle management (CLM), vendor risk management tools, and ERP/reporting platforms preferred • Ability to synthesize complex data into clear, executive-ready insights • Strategic thinking and executive presence • Vendor performance and relationship management • Financial analysis and value realization • Risk identification and escalation management • Change management • A resume is required to apply
