📋 Description

• Partner with stakeholders across Finance, Commercial, Marketing, and Product to translate open-ended questions into scoped analytical problems with defined success criteria • Surface the decision behind requests and challenge outputs that will not answer the underlying question • Recommend analytical approaches and identify when reusable data assets are preferable to one-off pulls • Set scope and timeline expectations and communicate changes • Own analytics projects from intake through delivery and adoption • Source, validate, and model data in SQL to produce analysis-ready datasets • Document methodology, assumptions, and limitations for reproducibility and reuse • Build reusable datasets, dashboards, and metric definitions • Verify results against source systems and surface discrepancies • Design Tableau dashboards for defined questions and audiences • Translate analyses into clear narratives for non-technical and senior audiences • State confidence levels and distinguish findings from interpretation • Support leadership with business insights and measure outcomes • Connect analysis to patients, subscription lifecycle, and downstream financial impact • Partner with data engineering, analytics peers, and business teams on metric definitions and sources of truth • Surface unrequested risks and opportunities • Handle patient and business data according to privacy and security standards

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years in an analytics role delivering analysis directly to business stakeholders • Advanced SQL, including complex joins, window functions, and query optimization against large datasets in a cloud data warehouse such as Snowflake or Redshift • Tableau experience building and maintaining production dashboards used by business teams • Track record of owning analytics projects end to end • Experience translating ambiguous business questions into a defined analytical approach • Experience defining KPIs and developing metrics, scorecards, and performance reporting used by business teams and leadership • Experience with customer behavior analysis, including retention, churn, cohort, and LTV • Experience defining segmentation used across analytics and reporting • Ability to communicate technical findings to non-technical audiences in written and live formats • Proficiency using AI as an execution partner while remaining capable of producing the work without AI and owning output quality
