📋 Description

• Lead, mentor, and grow a team of Product Analysts • Define and execute the long-term vision for FuzeRx's Product Analytics team • Partner with Product, Engineering, Data Science, Finance, and Operations teams on high-impact data initiatives • Establish career paths, performance standards, and hiring plans • Translate business needs into data insights and scalable data solutions • Support evaluation of new product features and enhancements • Drive best practices in experiment design and analysis • Communicate data insights and opportunities to senior management • Own data transformation logic, converting raw data into scalable, reusable data assets • Help evolve the data platform and define scalable, maintainable analytics design patterns • Create reusable dashboards monitoring product and operations health • Establish and enforce business intelligence platform maintenance best practices

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or related field • 5+ years of experience in analytics, data science, or related data insights roles • Strong expertise in analytics engineering and data modeling principles • Experience with DBT or similar data transformation framework • Experience with Git or similar version control system • Strong expertise in metrics design and instrumentation • Strong expertise in experiment design and evaluation • Proven track record working cross-functionally with Product and Operations teams • Expertise creating assets in Looker or an equivalent business intelligence platform • Experience in high-growth, fast-paced technology organizations • Strong communication skills with technical and non-technical stakeholders • Applicants must be authorized to work for any employer in the U.S. • Ability to work at a computer terminal with monitor, keyboard, and mouse for extended periods • Ability to stoop, bend, reach, and make frequent repetitive wrist, hand, and finger motions • Ability to lift, carry, push, pull, and move light objects up to 20 pounds • Ability to communicate verbally, discern auditory information, and visually perceive details
