📋 Description

• Partner with HR, Finance, Technology, and business leaders to understand workforce challenges and translate them into data and reporting needs • Lead complex workforce analyses using statistical models and advanced analytics to assess HR metrics, forecast trends, and support strategic decision-making • Own workforce reporting and analytics solutions end-to-end, from consultation and scoping through requirements definition, build, validation, and delivery • Transform data findings into clear, compelling narratives that drive strategic decision-making • Ensure data integrity by leading quality efforts, verifying analysis, and maintaining high standards of precision • Identify opportunities to enhance data systems and reporting capabilities with Technology and other stakeholders • Mentor and provide technical guidance to analysts • Stay current on industry trends and best practices in workforce analytics and data science • Ensure safe care to patients, staff, and visitors while adhering to Memorial Hermann policies, procedures, standards, budget, productivity, and quality requirements • Support professional growth, mandatory/continuing education, skills competency, department goals, and less experienced staff • Model Memorial Hermann’s service standards by providing safe, caring, personalized, and efficient experiences • Perform other duties as assigned

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in technical, quantitative, or business-focused fields (Data Analytics, Data Science, Mathematics, Statistics, Economics or a related field) • 5+ years of experience in data analysis, business analysis, or a related role • Experience in workforce / people analytics strongly preferred • Familiarity with HR/HCM data structures required • 2+ years of hands-on experience with HCM report and dashboard design and development • Oracle HCM experience strongly preferred • Strong ability to apply statistical models, forecasting techniques, and workforce analytics methodologies • Advanced proficiency in Excel, SQL, and data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau) • Excellent communication and storytelling skills, with proven ability to translate data insights into actionable recommendations for senior leaders • Strong analytical mindset with expertise in project management, stakeholder management, critical thinking, and problem solving
