📋 Description

• Provide composition, layout, and graphic support to internal and offshore Production teams • Participate in the development, fulfillment, and maintenance of print and digital educational material • Work extensively with Adobe InDesign and Acrobat and own the fidelity of InDesign files for assigned projects • Work on illustrations and photos in Illustrator and Photoshop • Update book files and create new pages following supplied manuscripts • Use WoodWing as a workflow management system • Read, understand, and apply information from a Style Guide • Build templates and create Style Guide documentation • Ensure adherence to laws concerning copyrighted and public domain material usage and permissions • Apply or maintain accessibility features according to guidelines and best practices • Support metadata collection and file structure for content repurposing • Attend and participate in project meetings; document and follow up on actions and decisions • Communicate with supervisors, vendors, and internal and external teams to accomplish project goals and meet deadlines • Ensure projects follow best practices and documentation is maintained appropriately

🎯 Requirements

• Experience with Adobe products, including InDesign, Acrobat, Illustrator, and Photoshop • Understanding of editorial markup and how to implement it • Successful delivery of final products and project deliverables according to prioritized schedules • Ability to manage multiple responsibilities across multiple projects • Effective communication with coworkers, managers, other teams, and offshore Production vendor/partners • Excellent time management and ability to multitask • Ability to work independently • Demonstrated accuracy and attention to detail
