📋 Description

• Determine and define project scope and objectives • Predict resources needed to reach objectives and manage resources effectively and efficiently • Prepare project budgets based on scope of work and resource requirements • Track project costs to meet budget • Develop and manage detailed project schedules and work plans • Provide consistent project status updates to stakeholders • Manage vendor and supplier contracts, assign tasks, and communicate expected deliverables • Utilize project management best practices, techniques, and standards throughout project execution • Develop and maintain required project artifacts • Monitor project performance and adjust as needed • Identify areas for future improvement • Support Research & Development project budget processes, department-wide initiatives, and training • Administer Workday and Smartsheet for product development, including troubleshooting, training, and liaison responsibilities

🎯 Requirements

• Proven ability to solve problems creatively • Strong familiarity with project management software tools, methodologies, and best practices • Excellent analytical skills • Proven ability to complete projects according to outlined scope, budget, and timeline • Ability to delegate effectively • Proven leadership skills • Cost and risk management skills • Experience with budgets, spreadsheets, and data analysis • A minimum of 4 years of related experience with a bachelor’s degree; or equivalent experience • Travel: 0-6 times per year
