📋 Description

• Coordinate projects, including overall coordination, status reporting, and stability of project-oriented work efforts • Establish and implement project management processes and methodologies • Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, to high-quality standards, and meet customer expectations • Communicate with project stakeholders regarding scope, timeline, and budget • Support successful project implementation using project management methodologies and processes • Coordinate project resource assignments and allocations • Create project timelines, motivate team members, set milestone targets, and monitor progress • Provide clear project status reports to stakeholders and leaders • Resolve project issues and discrepancies, escalating to leadership when needed • Gather relevant data and manage project budgets; report budget versus actuals • Review PMO processes and recommend improvements • Provide cross-training and pursue personal educational growth

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree required • In lieu of a degree, 9 years of relevant experience in Project Management, with vendors, and in the Healthcare industry required • 5 years of relevant work experience in Project Management required • 5 years of experience with vendors required • 5 years of Healthcare Industry experience required • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification from the Project Management Institute • Travel is never or rarely required
