📋 Description

• Oversee reporting, time, cost, risk and scope management • Coordinate all MEP project management matters with relevant stakeholders • Lead project management across cost planning, consultant and contractor procurement, design management, construction management, completion and handover • Deliver shell and core and fit-out phases on programme, on cost and on quality • Manage authority applications for required utilities • Undertake project reporting, risk, cost and schedule controls • Establish management tools to control the project • Create a cost-minded atmosphere within the team • Track cost, programme and quality and issue monthly formal reports with progress-claim and payment recommendations • Maintain weekly and ad-hoc photographic progress records • Manage coordination and communications among the Employer, Design Consultants, Cost Management Consultant and Main Contractor • Prepare employer and stakeholder presentations and reports for stage sign-off and key milestones • Support the Employer with information for prospective customers • Perform other related duties assigned by management or the line manager

🎯 Requirements

• Degree qualifications in construction management, electrical / mechanical engineering or similar function • Minimum 5 years’ experience with workplace, hi-technology, manufacturing, industrial and project management in major data center projects and the coordination of MEP works • Experience and knowledge of main project management concepts, tools and techniques • Ability to coordinate with concurrent base building works • Competent with Microsoft Windows, Primavera P6 or MS-Office, including MS-Project Management • Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment and meet tight deadlines • Proficient professional skill and/or knowledge in project management • Knowledge and ability to use applicable information technology and systems • Fluent in spoken and written English • Strong leadership, communication and interpersonal skills • Currently authorized to work in the United States without visa sponsorship now or in the future
