📋 Description

• Represent the brand promise that details matter • Own project timeline and budget outcomes • Collaborate with Strategy, Design, Content, Development, and BA/QA departments to deliver web projects on scope, on time, and on budget • Develop long-term client relationships through personal service and communication • Create project plans, schedules, budgets, status reports, and other project deliverables • Create project documentation, including Teamwork tickets, for internal teams • Refine and enhance the company's website design and development process with management • Collaborate with the Strategy Team on innovative solutions for internal and client needs • Evaluate new business leads, engage in lead generation, and participate in proposal creation • Represent the company at conferences and networking opportunities • Pursue professional development and monitor emerging web and marketing techniques

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years experience managing complex comprehensive, integrated client projects, preferably in an agency or client-facing environment • Strong account management background • Experience with content management systems such as Drupal, WordPress or Sitecore • Knowledge of the software development lifecycle (SDLC) and how it applies to custom CMS builds • Experience with Teamwork, Smartsheet, Excel or other project management systems • Experience in contract and budget management • Experience writing functional and technical requirements • Excellent written and oral communication skills • Commitment to diversity and contributing to an inclusive working and learning environment
