📋 Description

• Drive content strategy and collaboration with Assessment and Instruction Subject Matter Experts • Build and maintain relationships with Subject Matter Experts and participate in cross-functional work groups • Develop clear, accurate boilerplate content for RFPs and state-level solicitations • Own major content development and maintenance initiatives • Curate, structure, and organize i-Ready content in Qvidian • Execute large-scale content refresh initiatives • Provide content-specific training and updates on solutions and emerging trends • Mentor and informally coach Content Writers and contributors on proposal style, messaging, and evidence-based storytelling • Lead and contribute to complex, program-specific proposals and rubrics • Serve as section lead or overall content lead on complex, multi-product, or high-value proposals and rubrics • Collaborate with Proposal Management and Proposal Writing teams to plan and write content, shape win themes, and align with evaluation criteria • Flexibly take on tasks supporting the Adoptions & Proposals team and company objectives

🎯 Requirements

• A minimum of 5 years in proposal content development, ideally within the K-12 education or publishing sector • At least 3 years of experience in the K-12 educational publishing or edtech industry • A Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience • Outstanding communication skills and ability to craft compelling narratives about assessment and instruction product solutions • Proven ability to collaborate effectively with subject matter experts and cross-functional teams • Excellent attention to detail and ability to organize content according to department norms • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, respond to diverse constituencies, meet deadlines, and manage multiple projects • Proficiency with Claude, Word, Excel, Adobe Pro, SharePoint, and other standard business applications • Familiarity with Qvidian is a plus • Familiarity with the i-Ready Assessment and Personalized Instruction product suite • Deep knowledge of assessment and psychometrics is a plus
