📋 Description

• Plan, schedule, and execute complex projects delivering business value through software implementations • Communicate with stakeholders and team members about project requirements, expectations, and constraints • Allocate project resources to meet objectives and deliverables • Manage the vendor contracting process through fully executed contracts • Monitor vendor resources, vendor delivery, and vendor contract execution • Identify, assess, mitigate, and escalate project risks • Provide leadership and direction to project teams • Prepare progress reports and project documentation covering milestones, risks, and achievements • Represent projects to senior and executive leadership • Drive continuous improvements in project management processes, including through AI • Mentor and support junior project managers

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years of experience successfully leading complex projects to completion • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • Ability to convey complex information clearly to technical and non-technical audiences • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills • Ability to motivate and inspire project teams • Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams • Effective problem-solving and decision-making abilities • Flexibility and adaptability in a dynamic, fast-paced environment • Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines • Meticulous attention to detail • Knowledge of Agile frameworks and hybrid project management approaches • PMP or other project management certification preferred • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Management Information Systems, or equivalent preferred • Experience creating or leveraging AI-enabled project management practices preferred
